Helpful information

• Audio requires an internet connection.
• Notification delivery is controlled by your phone settings.
• Parents can delete child profiles or the whole account inside the app.
• For playback issues, close and reopen the app, confirm internet access, then try again.

Account deletion

In Bible Buddies, open Profile, unlock the Parent Area, choose Privacy and account, then select Delete account permanently. This removes the parent account, child profiles and saved learning activity.

If you no longer have the app, use the public account deletion page to request deletion.
