These Terms govern use of Bible Buddies. The parent or guardian who creates the account accepts these Terms and supervises each child using the service.

The service

Bible Buddies provides child-friendly Bible stories, prayers, verses, learning activities, quizzes and streaming audio. Content supports faith learning and is not professional medical, mental-health, legal or safeguarding advice.

Accounts and supervision

Provide accurate parent-account information, protect login credentials and supervise child use. Do not ask a child to enter personal contact details into the service. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape or redistribute the catalogue, reverse engineer protected features, upload harmful material or infringe another person's rights.

Content and ownership

The app, design, narration, illustrations and original teaching materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. Bible quotations may be subject to the terms of their translation publishers. Personal, non-commercial use does not transfer ownership.

Availability

Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside our control. Features and catalogue items may change.

Safety and reporting

Parents remain responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for their child. Report content, privacy or safety concerns to bukunmiakinfenwa@gmail.com.

Liability and changes

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Bible Buddies is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse, third-party networks or events outside reasonable control. We may update these Terms with appropriate notice.
